
Philip Collins, Vice President of Customer Satisfaction – Mr. Collins has extensive experience in the delivery of 100% customer satisfaction solutions. His core goal is to ensure that as our customer base grows, the technology, processes and people are in place to ensure continued rapid customer growth with high customer retention. He has fifteen years experience in the design and successful deployment of advanced business systems for the newspaper and publishing industries.
Most recently at eLocal Listing’s parent, Search Initiatives, he lead the technical and deployment teams in the delivery of SI’s self-service local ad platform. He brings a strong mix of publishing and new media experience and has led many successful product developments and deployment teams including the ground breaking next generation advertising system at Dow Jones.
